Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem, Israel
Hadassah is a state of the art medical and surgical care centre with approximately 1100 beds in two campuses. It is a globally respected referral centre leading interdisciplinary research and is recognized as such. Hadassah's physicians take their patients’ problems into the laboratories, consider possible solutions and test hypotheses through the full range of clinical trials to enhance their diagnosis and treatment. The facilities at Hadassah are fully GCP (good clinical practice) compliant.


Hadassah's physicians and scientists are actively engaged in a wide variety of extensive basic and clinical research projects, looking for new ways to treat current conditions. Over half the hospital research conducted in Israel is carried out at Hadassah. Each department incorporates research units and there are many interdisciplinary research centres. Hadassah has created Centers of Excellence: multi-disciplined scientist and physicians groups, integrating clinical care with the latest laboratory lessons.


Professor Yaron Ilan, Immuron’s Chief Medical Officer, is the Director of one of three Departments of Medicine at Hadassah Ein-Kerem Campus and a senior physician at the Hadassah Center for Liver Diseases. This Center is renowned for its research, clinical work and approach to otherwise untreatable liver diseases.


Under Immuron’s collaboration with Hadasit Medical Research Services & Development Ltd, Hadassah serves as Immuron’s clinical trials site and carried out Immuron’s successful proof of concept clinical trials for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Hadassah also performs pre-clinical studies including animal studies on behalf of Immuron. Patentable and other intellectual property generated from these studies belongs to Immuron.


Hadasit Medical Research Services & Development Ltd, the technology transfer company of Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO) in Jerusalem, Israel, promotes and commercializes the continuously generated intellectual property (IP) and R&D capabilities of the Medical Center.
In August 2009 Hadasit Medical Research Services & Development Ltd acquired 19.99% shareholding in Immuron Ltd.

Melbourne University, Melbourne, Australia
Immuron has a long standing partnership with the University of Melbourne for research which lead to the commercialisation of Immuron’s first commercial product for the prevention of Travellers’ Diarrhoea (Travelan
). One of the principal areas of focus for Immuron’s current research at University of Melbourne is the development of an influenza product. In 2009, the University of Melbourne and Immuron were granted funding by the Australian Research Council (ARC) to evaluate the potential therapeutic effect of dairy derived anti-influenza antibodies in the prevention and treatment of flu.  Through this ARC funding, Immuron has gained access to ‘gold standard’ animal testing models for influenza at CSIRO Animal Health Laboratories in Victoria. Immuron has exclusive rights to the commercialisation of this technology.


The University of Melbourne is also collaborating with Immuron on its antibody-based microbicide control measure for HIV.

Tatura Milk Industries (TMI)
Tatura Milk Industries Limited (TMI), a public unlisted company with shareholdings held by supplying dairy farmers, manufactures quality Australian dairy ingredients for the global market.  Approximately 70,000 tonnes of manufactured products are produced per annum using state of the art technologies and systems.  TMI was established in 1907 and is located at Tatura in regional Northern Victoria, Australia.  From humble beginnings in 1907 with less than 100 tonnes of butter manufactured in its first year of operation, TMI has grown into a fully automated modern complex with the ability to produce a wide range of dairy products to exacting specifications and operates according to the protocols of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Today TMI is supplied by approximately 330 dairy farms and processes approximately 450 million litres of milk each year.  TMI is a single site manufacturing complex with access to fresh, quality milk from best practice dairy farms. TMI collects colostrum on-farm on Immuron’s behalf and produces Immuron’s hyper immune bovine colostrum powder in its GMP facilities strictly in accordance with Immuron’s standard operating procedures. Immuron benefits from TMI’s high quality control and quality assurance standards as well as from the high safety profile of Australian dairy farms, which equally applies to TMI’s associated dairy farms.
